Hello I was wondering if any of you have a link to the pergola codes for Yuba County/Olivehurst. We are building it free standing, not connected to the house but were wondering about any potential height regulations, maximum size (if any) and the distance between the pergola and the house. If anyone knows this info or where I can read up on it please share. Thanks so much!

Here is the Yuba County Code page. I'm sure you can search any codes there. Also you might have CC&Rs, but considering that we don't have HOA fees, and the blatant disregard for most of the CC&Rs, I don't believe those are ever enforced.
