Has anyone heard a time-frame as to when we can expect more stores in Plumas Lake? Petrovich a plan linked on their web site saying they are accepting future leases. Not sure how old or new their information is now.

This seems to be dated from 2007. I have attached a link to the Petrovich .pdf brochure on development plans.

Is that brochure from 2007 as well or is that something recent?

Don't want to be a debbie downer, but I call Trace from Petrovich once a year to discuss potential lease signings for the plumas lake area. Unfortunately the news I got this year was the same as last year, their will be no new retail development in 2012. Here is the contact

Thank you for checking in with us. Unfortunately, there is no new development planned in the foreseeable future. This can change quickly, however, I suspect that we are still years out before we will see any activity. Retail development is driven by the housing market and with the limited amount of residential base and no growth, it will prohibit development.

If I can answer any additional questions, please feel free to contact me.

Respectfully,
