My wife and I have a offer accepted on a home on Jones Bar trail, we are trying to figure out if mello roo taxes are higher in this area than other areas throughout plumas lake . The home is 1424 sqft, assessed at 131000. any info is helpful. Also, what neighborhood is that considered? (cobblestone, wheeler ranch, etc. ) thank you..

Jones Bar Trail should be in the Independence Trail subdivision.
I think you will find that compared to some of the communities by other builders in the area, the Beazer Homes will have the lower assessments. Most of the cost are fixed regardless of location, while some areas have higher assessments for additional street lights etc...
Welcome to the neighborhood
