They belong to PG&E. I reported the one on River Oaks near Orick to PG&E a while ago, it's scheduled for repair.

Umm, not sure really but it sure is pretty! I've never seen him ride it, but I am sure he actually does because he takes GREAT care of it. I secretly admire it whenever I can :) And now, thanks to TOD, I have permission to take it....lucky me.

TOD, it is still worth it, but we have enough issues with crime out here lately to be giving the impression that some crime is okay. :(
