I am very late in posting this but I observed a man hiding in the bushes while I was walking my dog at 5:00am in November. I am glad my dog alerted me to his existance in the bushes! I reported the incident to the YCSO. The location was on the corner of River Oaks Blvd and Pembroke (by the KB Homes).

I hope you have more than just your dog to keep you company while out exercising. Just FYI, little cans of mace/pepper spray are only for hobbits...if you need to stop an average size guy...you need a bigger can of spray. We tend to have wind here...keep that in mind. Jog/walk with a buddy!
